Services

SigStream provides a SaaS platform that enables real-time monitoring of remote IoT, telecom, and cold storage devices. Users can register, link their devices, receive telemetry, and configure alerts.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity on your account. You agree not to misuse the service or access it in unauthorized ways.

Billing and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly. All payments are processed securely via our billing partner (e.g., Paddle or Lemon Squeezy). KUH TRADING does not store your payment details.

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases. Contact us at support@sigstreamcloud.com for refund requests.

Limitation of Liability

KUH TRADING shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
