At SigStream, customer satisfaction is important to us. You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription if the service does not meet your expectations.
Refunds are only offered on initial purchases (not renewals). You must contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
Email admin@sigstreamcloud.com with your registered email and reason for the refund. We will respond within 48 hours.
Refunds are not available for accounts that violate our Terms of Service or for misuse of the service.
